What a lovely day, off we went car booting to Chirk picking up some nice things and meeting some nice people along the way. Fred our dog was centre of attention.
Next stop was Ty Mawr Country Park here we went on the Trevor Basin Aqueduct walk. Walking along the park we came across the Lamar in the paddock`s with some sheep. Heading off the main path we headed along the river path. Fred was off his lead running wildly around having a great time. He was in and out of the river ending up very very mucky. We walked a least two miles before finding ourselves at the base of the Trevor Basin Aqueduct were over head the canal barges made there way across the water filled viaduct. The view`s along the way were beautiful. We also met some really nice people along the way stopping to chat periodical.
