Painting

With it raining. Over the last few days Billy, Aaron and I have all been painting.
We live in a 3 storey house with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Living rooms, an office, kitchen, and small store cellar and large workshop / hobby room.

The house has had lots of work done on it over the last few years. All the inside has been decorated. We finished the last room off yesterday. Which was a spare bedroom in a coffee coloured cream, white with a hint of green. This is going to be a reading room come guest room if required.
Penybont Stores is a shadow of its former self. We are proud owners of a beautiful house set in the Welsh countryside. Surrounded by the Tanat Valley Hill. All payed for with no rent to pay draining our resources.
We have really enjoyed fixing this old house up, we have done most of the work ourselves with the help of some very good friends.

Both Aaron and I feel so refreshed with the house looking so well inside and out. We still have lots to do and have many plans for this lovely house in the future.
We have also done lots with the outside including a sheltered Veranda with outer decking and barbecue area, great place to relax on those hot summer days. I wish ????

We have built a stable for our pony Jingle. Jingle also has two paddocks now instead of the down trodden one. We have a car port great for hanging the washing out on these raining days.
The car port also has attached out buildings.
Across the large driveway is a two storey barn. The barn is now a shop down stairs which can be open to the public if required, with a large store room and work shop above. We also have a pig sty which is used as a tack / feed room.
Who knows what we may do to or with this house next.

Penybont Stores in a fantastic house to live in now with its new decor and atmosphere.
Its out with the old and in with the new, with the past for both Aaron and I painted over. There is only one little soul missing our Dan but at times we know he is still here with us, he lets us no in his own little way.
