Powis Castle is in a stunning setting on the Shropshire / Powys boarders. Standing high overlooking the nearby town of Welshpool. Today we took Aaron along with Will and little Scarlett. Lovely afternoon out. We wandered around the beautiful gardens. Taking in the scenery and the distant views which are stunning. Before entering the house we came across the resident peacocks. The lady peacock was happily showing off her chicks as you can see in the photographs.
We picked up a quiz at the house door and all of us had a go of guessing the correct answers. Everyone did well. There are some beautiful photo`s above which tell the story of our visit.
