Llangedwyn School held the Candle Light service at St Cedwyn`s church this week. Helen, Jez, Conner & Abby came along to to watch Aaron in the service. The church was packed for the event, there were many people not only connected to the school, but from the surrounding villages.
It was really good, the church was lite by candle light only. Aaron played the Drummer Boy for the first hymn / song. Aaron also played the drum in rhythem to the song. He did fantastic.
Moving on the children came into the church with candle`s on plates taking there places in the pew`s. The younger children performed the nativity play during and between the Hymn`s. They did remarkably well for there age.
Hymn`s were sang, instruments played and reading of the bible read out.
Aaron did a reading from the bible, in front of the packed church. Aaron also sang as solo part of the Away in a Manger Hymn.
The service was fabulous. Well done to all concerned. What wonderful children we have. Llangedwyn School gives the children so much confidence.
