I had been poorly with a fibromyalgia flare up and severe migraine since Thursday night so feeling a bit better it was joy to have a little tea party for Nana. She was thrilled to see Lorra as she walked through the door.
She settled down for her fill and birthday treat of korma curry and rice and a small glass of bubbly. We had a lovely evening. Nana went to bed a little tiddly and fell fast asleep. Wide awake and bushy eyed she woke on her birthday. She opened her cards and presents. Her big present was tickets to see Gary Barlow. She was thrilled. Her other presents consisted of small bottles of wine from Helen and wool, patterns and bird food from us. We also bought her a warming mug with little birds on to keep her drinks warm when she forgets about them.
Her birthday was part of the weekend of the National Bird Watching she intended to settle down and watch the birds for the hour required but the rain put payed to that. Think the birds stayed in bed for most of the day and who can blame them. She did though manage to get some results as the day wore on. Alas the websites was busy no joy in submitting results.
All in all she had a nice day doing what she likes best watching her favourite programmes.
Any how her best present is yet to come her trip to see the man himself Gary Barlow. Again she will be rooting through her knicker draw for some knickers she can throw at him
So just like Ronan Keating, Gary will be able to go camping too.
