We have had a Buzzard living in the village for sometime now. He was often seen alone sitting in the tree watching the cars go by. Often on our dog walks we would also see him perched on the branches in the tree`s in the wooded area as we walked by.
Over the last few weeks the presence of the buzzards has expanded, quite a few younger ones can be seen flying around the village.
On our dog walks we have been lucky enough to have seen this beautiful birds of prey. We spotted a few of the younger birds which are smaller than the adults swooping down on there prey.
Another good view was of a larger bird chasing a crow across a field. These two swooped low as the buzzard chased the crow from the field away from his territory.
